GENERAL PROVISIONS

All goods are sold on a first come first served basis.
All goods are required to be paid in full prior to shipment.
Full payment is required upon ordering any and all items in-stock.
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All payments including deposits must be made in US funds in the form of a personal or company check, Visa, Master Card, America Express, Discover or PayPal account. Make checks payment to Jester Entertainment, orders paid by check will not be processed nor shipped until check has cleared.
A $500 deposit is required for each production inflatable(s) ordered that is not in-stock (see Deposit section for more details).
Special Order/Custom inflatable units require 100% of payment upon ordering (see Special Order/Custom section for more details).
All and any goods displayed on the website, catalogs, or promotional materials may change in color(s), artwork and/or design without prior notice.
All ‘Will Call’ orders and orders with a California “Ship To” destination are subject to California sales tax, unless recipient has a valid California Seller’s Permit.
Jester Entertainment recommends that the customer NOT book or rent out any inflatable unit until the unit has been delivered, received and accepted in good condition.
Jester Entertainment shall not be liable for any costs or loss of income resulting from any delays.

DEPOSITS

CANCELLATION AND RE-STOCKING FEES

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation of an order will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase value of the unit being canceled (unless otherwise stated herein). If the balance of an order is not paid within Thirty (30) days from the estimated shipping date, the order will be automatically canceled and will be subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase value.

SPECIAL ORDER / CUSTOM INFLATABLES

All Special Order/Custom inflatable units require full payment upon ordering. Jester Entertainment will provided the purchaser with its’ best estimated production period. Purchaser agrees that the production period stated is only an estimate and will hold Jester Entertainment and Ninja Jump, Inc. harmless and not liable for any costs or loss of income resulting from any delays in production. Jester Entertainment recommends that the purchaser not book or rent out any inflatable unit until the unit has been delivered. Cancellation of all Special Order/Custom inflatable within 15 days from the order date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase value. All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation AFTER 15 days from the order date will result in forfeiture of the entire order amount.

SHIPPING

Our prices are F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Purchaser is responsible to pay for the shipping. Ninja Jump, Inc. will ship the freight as “collect” unless indicated otherwise on the invoice. Jester Entertainment will not be responsible for freight charges over what may have been quoted or estimated prior to shipment. The customer must inspect the package(s) for damage(s) before signing the Bill of Lading. Customer should refuse the shipment if there is damage on the package, or should make a note on the Delivery Receipt for further claim evaluation. Customer shall inspect the product promptly after receipt. Any and all claims for any defective product must be reported to Jester Entertainment in writing including photos, within five (5) working days from receipt of shipment.

WARRANTY

All items are warranted directly by the respective manufacturer.

Ninja Jump, Inc. (Ninja Jump) inflatable units are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of two (2) years for sales within the United States and one (1) year for sales to all other countries and United States territories from the date of purchase. Any defect in Ninja Jump product(s) resulting from negligence, improper usage or unusual wear and tear caused by excessive usage is excluded from Ninja Jump’s warranty coverage. The customer’s usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface base (any surface other than grass), without the use of a tarp shall constitute improper usage and any resulting damage or defect shall not be covered by Ninja Jump warranty. Colors, artwork and design are subject to change without prior notice and will not be considered defects. Warranty repair work will be provided by Ninja Jump at the Los Angeles, CA plant. Ninja Jump disclaims any responsibilities for modifications and repairs from an unauthorized repair plant. Shipping cost to and from Ninja Jump is to be paid by the customer. All Ninja Jump accessories have a thirty (30) day warranty from date of shipment. No warranty is provided on misters, soaker hoses and zippers. Except as provided in the above agreement, Ninja Jump makes no other warranties on its products.

The Inflatable Store / HEC Plastics Manufacturing Corporation Qingdao, Ltd (TIS) inflatable units are guaranteed to be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any defect in TIS product(s) resulting from negligence, improper usage or unusual wear and tear caused by excessive usage is excluded from TIS warranty coverage. The customer’s usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface base (any surface other than grass), without the use of a tarp shall constitute improper usage and any resulting damage or defect shall not be covered by TIS warranty. Colors, artwork and design are subject to change without prior notice and will not be considered defects. Warranty repair work will be provided by Ninja Jump at the Los Angeles, CA plant. Shipping cost to and from Ninja Jump is to be paid by the customer. All TIS accessories have a thirty (30) day warranty from date of shipment. No warranty is provided on misters, soaker hoses and zippers.

Electric Blowers: For blower trouble-shooting or warranty information, please refer to the blower manufacturer manual included in the blower box.

All used inflatables and blowers are sold as is, with no warranty.

AUTHORIZED TERRITORIES FOR LICENSED INFLATABLES

All licensed products on the invoice may only be used/rented/sold in the country that is specified on the ship to address on the invoice. Any usage, rental, or sale of licensed products to any country other than the country such licensed products have been sold and shipped to, unless with Ninja Jump's prior written consent, is a breach of trademark use and may result in legal action.

COPYRIGHTS / TRADEMARKS

Any unauthorized reproduction of logos, product names, trademarks, artwork, literature, photographs, and designs is strictly prohibited, constitute copyright infringement, and is punishable by law.

All Ninja Jump manufactured products are covered by copyright and designs that are covered by patent pending are trademarks of Ninja Jump, all rights reserved.
